Don’t you just HATE it when you settle into a tv show that you look forward to watching every week and then they go and kill off a main character? Why? Why? Why??? The show I’m speaking of is House Tuesday nights on Fox. People love this guy (including me) because he’s a jerk and isn’t afraid to be. Also the ladies love him because he’s wounded. (and I’m not talking about his cane)
The character I’m speaking of is Dr. Lawrence Kutner played by Kal Penn. Now altho he hasn’t been on the show a super long time, you still sort of develop a relationship with these characters and then they disappear! Well I got down to the bottom of what happend with Penn’s character:
Kal Penn is giving up his primetime acting gig for something a bit more serious: a job at the White House. He is going to become the “associate director in the White House office of public liaison.” Basicly, to get out of the show easier, on last night’s episode of ‘House’ his Kutner character shot himself in the head out of nowhere …
I realize this guy wanted to go on and do something more constructive with his life, but how dare he interrupt the flow of one of my favorite shows! Darn it all!
Fox put together a really cool memorial page, tho, for fans of the show with messages from the other characters and where you can leave a message for the recently deceased.
